Ethiopian Fusion Cusine!

Rice never had it so tasty!!

Served with baked asparagus and red pepper, and a warm Broccoli Salad. Both super yum.

Following on from the Ethiopian theme I made this for dinner last night, a bunch of sides for dinner - happens fairly often for me. I must say I'm really pleased with how this turned out.
